Requirements

  • An undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to take on new challenges
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning different aspects of marketing
  • An interest in sustainability, energy, or international business is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, client events, webinars, and other marketing activities, from initial coordination through post-event follow-up
  • Assist with email and digital marketing campaigns, helping coordinate activities, manage timelines, and track results
  • Help create, edit, and coordinate content for newsletters, social media, marketing materials, and internal communications
  • Support CRM management, lead tracking, campaign reporting, and coordination with regional sales teams
  • Conduct industry and market research, explore new marketing opportunities, and contribute to a variety of cross-functional initiatives
