Terms of Service
The short version: we aggregate job adverts published by trading firms, you apply on the employer’s own site, and nobody here is your recruiter. Last updated 2026-09-17.
Draft:this page still carries placeholders - the contact address, legal entity and governing jurisdiction are TODOvalues in src/lib/site.ts. Fill them in and this notice disappears.
Who these terms are with
QNTXL is operated by TODO: legal entity. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
What the service is
QNTXL is a directory. We collect job adverts that employers publish on their own careers pages, structure them, and link to them. We are not the employer, not an employment agency, and not a party to any application or hiring decision. Every listing links to the employer’s own page, and their terms and privacy policy apply once you follow it.
We aim for accuracy, but aggregated data is never perfect: a role can close between refresh and your click, a salary can be mistyped by the employer, or a location can be misread by our pipeline. Check the employer’s own posting before you rely on any detail.
Using QNTXL as a job seeker
- Browsing and applying costs you nothing. We never charge candidates.
- We do not vet employers beyond connecting their board to their company; do your own checks.
- Never send money, bank details or identity documents to anyone in response to a listing.
Listings, submissions and paid placements
- If you submit a company, you confirm you are authorised to represent it and that the careers URL you give us is genuinely theirs.
- We decide what gets published. We may edit, reformat, postpone, reject or remove a listing or a company page at any time - including a company we have previously accepted.
- Paid plans and featured placements are sold under separate terms agreed in writing with us. A featured role is labelled as featured on the site, and - as ourFAQ explains - it is highlighted rather than re-ranked: it never sorts above a better match, and nothing we sell changes which roles or companies exist here.
- A company can ask to be removed from QNTXL at any time by email, and we will action it.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape, crawl or otherwise extract the site’s data in bulk, or resell it;
- attempt to probe, break into, overload or bypass the security or rate limits of the site;
- submit false information, someone else’s careers page, or a listing you are not entitled to publish;
- misrepresent your affiliation with QNTXL or with any company listed here;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited marketing to people you find here.
We may suspend or block access, and remove content, if we see any of that.
Intellectual property
The QNTXL name, design, code and the compilation of listings are ours. The job adverts and logos belong to the companies that published them, and appear here as a link back to their own posting. You may share links to pages on this site freely, but you may not copy the database or republish it as your own.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are accurate, current, complete or suitable for you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from an application, a hiring decision, or a listing we got wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be flagged on the site. We may also suspend or close the service. If you keep using QNTXL after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by TODO: governing law, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute - without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
