Junior Developer - C++

Akuna Capital is looking for Junior C++ Developers to join their development team and contribute to building proprietary trading systems. You will work on high-performance and low-latency systems ranging from exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, pricing, and automation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from technology, quant, and trading teams to deliver high-impact projects, and be responsible for the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through post-deployment reliability.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- 0-2 years' experience, must be graduating by Jul 2027 or prior
- Familiarity with modern C++ development and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building high quality software within a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and lower-level performance optimisation
- Familiarity with multi-threaded and distributed systems
- Willing to communicate in English at the technical interviews
