The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving timelines, motivating teams, and ensuring project execution. This role requires a technical background or the ability to communicate effectively with technical team members to understand project mechanics. Key responsibilities include:
- Determining project scope, goals, timelines, resourcing needs, and deliverables
- Proactively identifying risks and challenges to keep projects on track
- Streamlining workflows and enabling engineers to focus on execution
- Coordinating project meetings and communication amongst teams and stakeholders
- Automating and streamlining processes with technology managers
- Presenting project status to senior executives and shareholders
- Developing and enforcing project procedures across multiple initiatives
- Building relationships with Trading, Operations, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional project or program management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- Familiarity with Jira required
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating and refining processes
