About the Role

Algorithmic Trading Group (ATG) offers entrepreneurial opportunities for experienced traders to start their own trading desk leveraging ATG's infrastructure while keeping their trading IP. The role comes with full autonomy under certain risk controls and very attractive compensation deals.

  • Come up with backtested profitable trading ideas which leverage ATG's infrastructure the best
  • Work with in-house developers and quants to constantly keep improving trading strategies
  • Monitor the strategies and manage your own portfolio
  • Proactively lead the project with an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Profitable trading track record for 3+ years
  • Brilliant problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for new technologies and ideas
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
