Financial Reporting Specialist

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting, contributing directly to the professionalization and growth of Finance. You combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a hands-on mentality, and you enjoy translating complex reporting requirements into clear, reliable outcomes.

Beyond reporting, you will act as a driving force behind the improvement of our internal control framework and reporting processes, working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider organization.

• Prepare and coordinate the monthly internal management reporting
• Prepare external IFRS reporting (e.g. annual report, in cooperation with the Finance team and external auditors)
• Ensure reporting is accurate, complete and delivered on time, and help identify opportunities to improve the reporting process
• Participate in organizational improvement projects, including enhancing the internal control framework
• Support the team in the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting tools and templates, including Excel and Exact
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual tax returns
