Crypto Associate Relationship Manager - Electronic Trading

Join a leading crypto relationship management team delivering seamless 24/7 coverage to institutional counterparties around the world. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you'll operate at the heart of a fast-paced, volatile, and exciting market — collaborating with leading experts and innovators in the crypto industry. You'll combine market execution skills with relationship-building expertise to provide global counterparties with an exceptional trading experience in both spot and derivatives markets.
- Manage day-to-day counterparty-facing operations of the electronic platform, including configuration, entitlements, limit setups, and controls
- Analyze counterparty flow, hit rates, and platform performance to identify opportunities to improve win rates and revenue capture
- Serve as primary escalation point for counterparties on electronic trading issues and work cross-functionally to deliver fast resolution
- Collaborate with development teams on product development and generate cross-market macro/micro insights
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in institutional client coverage, sales, or relationship management
- Experience managing trading relationships and discussions
- Knowledge and familiarity of electronic trading systems and workflows
- Familiarity with FIX and API protocols
- Familiarity/experience working with vendors, OEMS platforms and trading software
- Ability to proactively identify issues and address them in a real-time trading environment
- Passion for crypto and understanding of digital asset market structure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Basic understanding of options and forward strategies
- Technical proficiency in Python and Java; Git, SQL, and Linux familiarity is desirable
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
- English fluency required; additional languages are a strong plus
