Data Analyst
DRWAbout the Role
Join DRW's Event Analysis and Insight team as a Data Analyst. You will work on the analysis of post-event data, creating reports and visualizations to provide stakeholders with relevant insights. This role involves collaborating with development teams to improve analysis tools, developing scripts for data gathering and manipulation, and participating in research efforts around trading strategies.
You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment with a keen sense of attention to detail and commitment to both individual and team success.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and data gathering skills
- Great at finding patterns
- Great at presenting findings
- Strong desire to leverage the use of AI
- Able to balance several time sensitive requests
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Extremely organized
- Willing to learn and adapt to a quickly-changing environment
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field - economics, finance, commerce, Information Technology or computer science
- Good knowledge of Python for data manipulation and visualization
- Thrive in environments where multitasking is routine and can prioritize tasks effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work off hours when necessary
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, and at times highly demanding environment
- Possess a keen sense of enthusiasm and attention to detail, as well as a sense of commitment and dedication to both teams
