ECM Portfolio Manager

An experienced Portfolio Manager role focused on expanding DRW's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) investment strategy across the APAC region. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating position that combines explicit risk-taking responsibilities within the ECM investment mandate with business and relationship development.

• Establish and deepen key stakeholder relationships with private equity sponsors, equity advisors, corporates, and state entities
• Manage day-to-day ECM core operations and maintain regular engagement with equity syndicate desks across the region
• Lead live deal engagement, monitor and evaluate deal participation within the ECM strategy mandate
• Execute on aftermarket opportunities and expand non-standard transaction activity including bilateral trades, club deals, and bespoke ECM transactions
• Position DRW as a top-tier ECM investor in the APAC region through internal and external stakeholder coordination
