About the Role

DRW is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on digital assets to design, build, and test full-stack applications used by digital asset operations and related business partners. You will partner with business teams to turn ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans and shipped software, owning systems end-to-end from deployment through operations. This role involves working across greenfield and existing systems, building CI/CD tooling, and mentoring the engineering team on a small, high-impact team.

  • Designing, building, and testing full-stack applications (APIs through UI) for digital asset operations
  • Partnering with business teams to translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions
  • Owning software end-to-end—deploying, operating, and providing on-call support
  • Working across greenfield systems and existing codebases
  • Building and improving CI/CD, container, and Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Mentoring engineers and championing new technologies where appropriate

Requirements

  • Strong senior engineers with crypto or digital-asset systems experience
  • Strong initiative and proven experience independently driving projects to completion
