Software Developer Intern (C++)
DRWAbout the Role
As a Software Developer Intern in the Singapore office, you will build advanced trading and risk applications leveraging cutting-edge technology. You will develop computationally intensive software under the guidance of senior technologists with the goal of deployment during your internship. Your work will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying proprietary software solutions including decoders for exchange data, normalizers for building instrument books, and applications for trade communication to compliance teams. You'll collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts while conducting data-driven research using statistical analytics on large datasets.
Requirements
- Are pursuing a bachelor's in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics or any related science discipline
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Have exposure to network programming (TCP/IP), multi-threaded applications, computational intelligence, algorithms, real-time programming or GUI programming
- Have strong understanding of object oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
- Exhibit excellent software development skills in C++, or C
- Deep curiosity to learn and absorb new technologies quickly
