Traders manage unique strategies in rapidly evolving live markets, tuning model parameters to reflect market conditions and executing trades based on model recommendations. As a new Quant Trader, you will gain unrivaled experience both on the desk and in the classroom, working closely with senior traders to analyze risks and rewards, explore new strategies, and collaborate with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models. Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, integrating them into trading strategies and systems.
