Join Flow Traders' trading team in New York as a Graduate Quantitative Trader. You will begin with an intensive three-month training program in Amsterdam, building foundational knowledge in the firm's core business, financial products, market dynamics, pricing strategies, and proprietary trading systems through quantitative coursework, trading simulations, and instruction from Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers.
Following the program, you will join a trading desk in New York, where you will progressively take on greater responsibility, monitor markets, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to your desk's performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values entrepreneurial thinking and innovation.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a STEM-related field
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
- Understanding of financial products
- Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Ability to think on your feet, reason logically, and deliver under pressure
- Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset with an eagerness to innovate and find creative solutions
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment that offers great challenges and rewards
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours may be required based on business, market, or trading needs
