About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven OTC Crypto Trader to join our team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing the desk's PnL and executing block trades across digital asset markets. Your core responsibilities include designing and implementing complex trading strategies, iterating on strategies to optimize execution quality, monitoring market risk in real time, working closely with counterparties, quoting for voice trades during APAC hours, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trade flow.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in quantitative trading or research
  • Solid quantitative background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently on research and production-level code
  • High attention to detail, good time management, and clear communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment
