IMC Trading India is pleased to invite applications for Women in Trading and Technology 1.0, a two-day, fully in-person immersion program held at our Mumbai office for women in engineering.
The program is open to B.Tech / Dual Degree / B.S. Maths students graduating in 2029.
- Participants will get first-hand exposure to trading, technology and quant research at IMC through interactive workshops and direct interaction with IMC's leaders and teams.
- Hands-on workshops including introduction to technology at IMC, software workshops, quant research workshops, introduction to trading simulations, trading games, performance engineering, and many more.
- Direct interaction with IMC leadership and opportunities to learn from their experiences.
- A chance to network with a diverse group of women from different colleges who share a passion for trading and technology.
Selection process: application and resume-sharing window, an online assessment covering coding and quant/trading domain questions, and a virtual screening interview; the final list of selected participants is based on a combination of all three rounds. Selected participants will be notified directly with next steps and the two-day schedule.
Requirements
- Women students enrolled in a full-time course
- B.Tech / BE / Dual Degree / B.S. Maths students graduating in 2029
- Demonstrated excellence in academic or professional pursuits
- An interest in trading or technology, and curiosity to learn more about the domain
- Currently open to candidates from all 23 IITs and BITS Pilani / Goa campus
