We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to help find and hire outstanding interns and participants for our in-house programmes at Jane Street. You will be instrumental in growing our internship pipeline while managing your own candidate pipeline and bringing fresh ideas to our recruiting approach.
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Sourcing and pipelining candidates
- Facilitating interviews
- Maintaining real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and data reporting tools
- Assisting with various recruitment events
You will work with an energetic, tight-knit recruiting team that believes great people are Jane Street's greatest asset. The team provides thoughtful onboarding, hands-on training, and mentorship to support your professional growth and help you succeed in recruiting at Jane Street.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of university recruiting experience (no financial industry experience required)
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of the candidate landscape; able to help us anticipate where we need to go next to find great hires
- Self-starter who can prioritise tasks, stay organised and turn ideas into action
- Flexible team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates and external partners
- Approachable and humble about what you know and don't know; not afraid to ask for help
- Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Willing and excited to travel to recruiting conferences and events as needed
- Fluent in English
