Fundamental Research Analyst

As a Fundamental Analyst Intern, you'll join the Fundamental Research team to learn how the firm integrates traditional investment analysis with core quantitative strategies. Your work will help discover new ways to expand trading opportunities across asset classes.
You'll work on live projects that combine strategic thinking with detailed data analysis and documentation review. Key responsibilities include evaluating trade ideas involving fundamental catalysts and valuation insights, performing comprehensive due diligence, and conducting valuation analysis for primary and secondary equity offerings. You'll coordinate closely with various internal stakeholders to gather essential information and feedback.
Requirements
- Studying toward a degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field is preferred
- An effective communicator
- Highly analytical and logical thinker; comfortable working with numbers
- Genuinely curious about financial markets and eager to understand the key factors that influence them
- Humble about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask questions
- Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience with Python is a plus, but not required
