About the Role

An experienced logistics and supply chain professional role managing equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for offices, data centres, and co-locations across the Asian market. This position will be based in the Hong Kong office, working alongside the London office to align global processes.

  • Developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement
  • Managing the call-off process and ensuring timely delivery of equipment
  • Coordinating installations and deployments across multiple sites
  • Supporting inventory management and identifying stock challenges
  • Driving process improvements in logistics and supply chain operations
  • Managing customs broking and paperwork for global imports/exports
  • Overseeing warehousing providers and ensuring real-time inventory data accuracy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments
  • Demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
  • An experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management
  • A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing asset transfers and improving that process where possible (a plus but not required)
