IT Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

We're looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage our equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for our offices, data centers, and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers
- Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment
- Coordinating with business stakeholders the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites
- Working alongside the internal Procurement team to support inventory management and identify stock challenges
- Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations
- Troubleshooting and resolving logistics-related issues
- Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for importing and exporting goods across global markets
- Managing and overseeing warehousing providers and ensuring real-time inventory data accuracy
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments
- Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operate with a high sense of urgency
- Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
- An experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management
- A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Have experience in managing asset transfers and improving that process where possible (a plus but not required)
