About the Role

We're seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support, configure and maintain multiple systems across all technology stacks, including desktop environments, network infrastructure and various application platforms. You will help build and maintain the infrastructure that powers trading operations, respond to tech support requests, build and configure Windows, Linux and macOS laptops, desktops and servers, and support Windows domain infrastructure.

  • Monitor critical systems and help optimise operational efficiency
  • Design, build and maintain automations with code to streamline recurring IT support tasks
  • Reduce manual toil and improve team scalability through infrastructure improvements
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support to sophisticated users

Requirements

  • Passionate about helping end users and solving technical problems
  • Strong experience administering Windows desktop and server environments in production, including Active Directory, Group Policy and related tooling
  • Experienced with troubleshooting MDM for iOS, macOS and Android devices on platforms such as Omnissa Workspace ONE or Jamf
  • Experienced with—or interested in—supporting and optimising platforms and tools, such as Chocolatey, Google Workspace and Bloomberg
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, spanning technical documentation and day-to-day support of end users
  • Having strong technical skills in scripting for Windows (especially in PowerShell) or any Linux scripting experience (in Bash or Python) is a plus
