Trading Desk Operations Engineer

A summer internship program designed to provide an immersive educational experience in trading desk operations. You will work on real-world projects directly tied to trading desk challenges, including managing and optimizing infrastructure, supporting trading systems through data queries and stakeholder coordination, and designing solutions for trading and operations issues. Through hands-on experience with a dedicated mentor, you'll gain comprehensive understanding of trading products, their lifecycles, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows, plus access to tailored bootcamps and technical training.
Requirements
- Planning to graduate in 2027 or 2028; all majors are welcome
- A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in growing your programming skills
- A team player with a "no job too small" attitude
- Interested in finance and passionate about STEM
- Able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, reliable, and courteous
- An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to use technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to reach solutions
- Intellectually humble; eager to ask questions and learn new things
