We are looking for individuals of all degrees to explore a career as a Trading Desk Operations Engineer through an immersive internship program. You will work on real-world projects directly tied to trading desk challenges, guided by a dedicated mentor. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising infrastructure and operational processes
- Supporting trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders
- Designing and implementing solutions for trading and operations-related issues on the desk
Through this experience, you'll gain comprehensive understanding of the trading product lifecycle, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows. The program includes tailored bootcamps and classes to accelerate your technical and operational expertise.
Requirements
- Planning to graduate in 2027 or 2028, all backgrounds are welcome
- A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in growing your programming skills
- A team player with a "no job too small" attitude
- Interested in finance and passionate about STEM
- Able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organised, reliable, and courteous
- An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to use technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to reach solutions
- Intellectually humble; eager to ask questions and learn new things
- Fluent in English
