About the Role

Lead end-to-end project delivery for telecom and network initiatives, including circuit design, procurement, provisioning, optimization, and production rollout. Monitor and improve network architecture and latency performance, manage external vendors, and drive collaboration across internal teams. Support vendor negotiations, prepare solution proposals, deliver regular reporting on project progress and performance optimization, and develop strong knowledge of transmission networks and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in telecom circuits, network infrastructure, or transmission network related roles
  • Strong understanding of telecom and transmission technologies; experience with wireless technologies is a plus
  • Experience managing vendor relationships in this industry, including coordination and commercial engagement
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining sound judgment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward exploring new technologies and solutions
  • Fluent English communication skills
