About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Optiver, you will advance the firm's end-to-end experienced recruitment strategy to find, attract, and hire experienced technical talent. You will partner with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and lead complex offer negotiations. This role focuses on technology recruitment and requires acting as a trusted talent advisor, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent, ideally in-house and within financial services, technology, or professional services
- Past experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally within a competitive industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the talent markets for engineers in software and hardware domains is highly advantageous
- A consultative approach with demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at all seniority levels
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- The ability to analyze candidate data for reporting purposes, utilizing tools like Excel and AI technology
- A proactive, positive mindset with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
