About the Role

As an Intern at OTC Flow, you'll be at the forefront of the environmental commodities market, connecting clients with the instruments they need to meet regulatory and sustainability goals. Your mission is to help build and maintain a profitable client portfolio through a mix of cold calling, networking, and market engagement. You'll act as the direct link between clients and the market—facilitating trades, brokering deals, and ensuring smooth execution. Responsibilities include lead generation and outreach, market analysis and research, promoting OTC Flow's services, and supporting trade execution.

Requirements

  • Student in the final year or recent graduate with a background in Business, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Cold Calling and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proactive & Resilient: Self-driven and comfortable with cold calling and outreach to potential clients, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, or any Nordic language) are a strong advantage
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and stay focused in a high-performance, ever-changing market
