OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm specializing in renewable energy markets, is seeking driven Sales Traders to join their fast-growing team. As a Sales Trader, your primary goal will be to build a robust client portfolio and execute trades that support clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives. You will develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to your designated market, cultivate relationships through proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, chat systems, and face-to-face meetings), and take full accountability for achieving personal revenue and profit targets.
- Client Portfolio Development through direct outreach and cold calling
- Lead Generation to build targeted lead lists for strategic outreach
- Trade Execution with precision and efficiency
- Client Engagement via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings
- Market Communication providing daily pricing updates and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2+ years in B2B sales, business development, account management, or other client-facing roles
- Enthusiastic about cold calling and prospecting to identify and engage new clients
- A highly competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve outstanding results
- A natural talent for selling, coupled with a relentless drive to find solutions to challenges
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Passionate about building and maintaining client relationships, particularly through phone interactions
- A keen interest in commodity trading and its dynamics
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Native-level fluency in Italian with excellent communication skills in English
