As a DevOps Engineer, you will enhance live trading systems, research infrastructure, and alpha generation through technology innovation. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficacy of trading machines and translating research to production in a fast-paced environment. Your daily responsibilities will include manipulating Linux systems, identifying errors and inefficiencies quickly, and designing solutions to challenges with systems, networking, and general architecture.
Working with cutting-edge software and hardware, you'll push production-level code daily and evolve fully-automated strategies, alpha generation processes, and machine learning research infrastructure. You'll receive starter projects designed to add value to the firm while having the opportunity to explore independent projects, improve inefficiencies, and own significant processes and tools within your first few months.
Requirements
- Highly analytical, wanting to help build the research-driven trading firm of the future
- Python; awareness of strength in particular language and ability to solve more complex problems due to understanding nuances of the language
