Tower Research CapitalAbout the Role
Support Tower Research Capital's day-to-day business operations as a Business Management professional, working alongside Core Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Risk teams. In this role, you will expand Tower's participation on various crypto exchanges and liquidity venues while managing key relationships with crypto exchanges, lenders, brokers, and custodians. You'll execute strategic priorities, conduct market trend and competitive intelligence research, and organize administrative records to support trading activity in a stimulating, results-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience at a financial institution including crypto exchanges
- Experience with crypto market structure including commodity and equity perps
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and a strong attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and demonstrated capacity to work independently
- Keen interest in systematic trading and trading technology
- Ability to work across disciplines and quickly transition from one project to another
- A coding background with experience in automating repetitive tasks is not a requirement but a strong plus
