Tower Research Capital, a leading quantitative trading firm founded in 1998, is seeking an Office Manager to join its APAC Corporate Services team in Shanghai.
The role covers four core areas: reception and employee experience, facilities maintenance and operations, office management, and health, safety and compliance.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, clients and candidates, managing meeting room scheduling and AV readiness, and handling mail, couriers, calls and central inbox queries
- Conducting daily floor inspections, reporting and following up on maintenance issues, executing office repairs, and liaising with the landlord, Building Management Office and contractors
- Overseeing pantry services and events, supervising third-party vendors, managing corporate gym memberships, workstations, access cards, lockers and office reshuffles, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with Display Screen Equipment assessments, first aid supplies and fire warden duties during emergency drills
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or at least two years of relevant experience
- Health and Safety management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with particular expertise in Excel and Outlook
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to effectively build relationships across groups and levels
- Proactive, punctual, detail-oriented, organized, and creative
