About the Role

Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking a Quantamental Researcher to design AI systems that automate and scale fundamental equity research workflows. In this role, you will analyze fundamental data to generate earnings predictions, price targets, and other alpha inputs, while working with team members to ensure insights are incorporated into data-driven strategies. You'll research specific industry sectors, optimize AI workflows to improve research efficiency, and contribute to the development of fundamentally driven strategies through iterative testing and feedback.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a fundamental equity analyst on the buy side or sell side
  • Strong understanding of fundamental equity analysis methodologies and financial modeling
  • Experience leveraging AI or automated tools to enhance research productivity
  • Ability to translate complex fundamental insights into output consumable by systematic trading strategies
  • Brilliant problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology
