Reliability Engineer

As a Reliability Engineer at Tower Research Capital, you will manage widely-deployed Order Management Systems and Market Data Delivery Systems across major electronic exchanges and asset classes. You will work closely with trading teams, risk management, and compliance to understand their needs and coordinate appropriate solutions in production. You will provide level one and level two support for production systems, contribute to designing support systems to enhance reliability, and serve as a primary technical contact for brokers and exchanges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the finance industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
