Tower Research Capital is seeking a Reliability Specialist to support and enhance the stability of our quantitative trading platforms and applications. In this role, you will solve complex problems while managing a rich suite of trading applications, propose and execute automation efforts to improve reliability, monitor system health, and serve as the primary technical contact for our trading teams. You will participate in on-call rotations and work closely with traders and developers to ensure our world-class trading infrastructure operates at peak performance.
Requirements
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience pertinente
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Expérience en développement de logiciels en Python, C++ ou Rust
- Experience in software development with Python, C++, or Rust
- Solides compétences en rédaction de scripts en Python et Bash
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Compréhension approfondie des principes fondamentaux de Linux et connaissance de base des concepts de système d'exploitation
- Thorough understanding of Linux fundamentals and basic knowledge of OS concepts
- Expérience en gestion de la configuration, en contrôle des sources et en déploiement automatisé
- Experience with configuration management, source control, automated deployment
- Connaissance de SQL et de l'utilisation des bases de données
- Knowledge of SQL and use of databases
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le dépannage et la résolution de problèmes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise, car la personne choisie pour ce poste devra interagir régulièrement avec les membres d'une équipe internationale anglophone.
- This position requires proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written. English proficiency is required as the position involves regular interactions with international anglophone team members.
