A one-week intensive winternship program hosted at Virtu Singapore from January 4-8, 2027, designed for talented female students. Participants will gain hands-on experience in global trading, learn market-making fundamentals, and work with Virtu's advanced trading tools and technology. The program culminates in a team capstone project with prizes for winners, and includes networking opportunities with senior traders, developers, and leadership, as well as social events.
Requirements
- Exceptional female talent at second and third year level
- Excellent academic background (all subjects welcome) with preference for Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
- Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude
- Intermediate/ Advanced programming experience (Python preferred)
- A highly motivated team player: Genuine, well rounded, curious, collaborative person who can work towards collective goals
- Interest in a career in financial services
- Graduating year of 2028 or 2029
