IT Operations Support Engineer
VivCourtAbout the Role
As a key part of VivCourt's IT Operations team, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize high-performance, low-latency infrastructure supporting global financial trading operations. This role focuses on ensuring the resilience and security of systems located at global exchanges, running on enterprise bare-metal hardware, FPGA-accelerated components, and low-latency network architectures. You'll work directly on infrastructure where nanosecond-level latency decisions have real financial consequences, managing RHEL systems, highly available routing environments, security controls, and operational tooling.
Requirements

- Experienced Professional: substantial experience (typically 5+ years) delivering precision and stability within complex, mission-critical infrastructure environments
- Hands-on experience across colocation and on-prem switching and connectivity
