Traders manage their unique strategies in rapidly evolving live markets, tuning model parameters to reflect prevailing conditions, executing trades based on model recommendations, and continuously evaluating real-time market feedback. As a new Quant Trader at Five Rings, you will gain unrivaled experience both on the desk and in the classroom from day one, working closely with senior traders to analyze risks and rewards, explore new strategies, and collaborate with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models. Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, integrating them into trading strategies and systems.
