Digital Assets Trader
Flow TradersAbout the Role
Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Digital Assets Trader to join their global Digital Assets Trading team based in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, or New York. You will develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) markets, while contributing to 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies. Working closely with traders, quants, and engineers, you will identify market inefficiencies, enhance execution infrastructure, and contribute research insights to improve overall team performance and the strategy portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker or crypto-native trading desk — this is not an entry-level or junior role
- Proven PnL generation from strategies you personally built, deployed, and managed in live production
- Experience in: Low-latency CeFi trading and/or On-chain (DeFi) trading
- Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
- Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
- Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
- Comfortable working flexible hours
- Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities
What You'll Get
- $175k–$225k base salary
- All employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution
