About the Role

IMC is building a new Energy Trading business in Aarhus, Denmark, with a strong, independent team backed by IMC's 30+ years of trading expertise. As a Software Engineer, you will build a full technology stack supporting power and gas trading, including exchange connectivity, trading systems, strategies, data analysis, and pricing. You'll maintain and improve the tech stack in collaboration with trading teams and train new joiners, working on greenfield projects with full ownership of the applications you build.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background, preferably in computer science or a quantitative field
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Fluency in English
