Software Engineer

As a Software Engineering intern, you'll gain exposure to Jane Street's primary development language (OCaml) and the libraries and tools foundational to their internal systems, while potentially working with Python depending on the project. You'll be closely mentored by full-time software engineers who will involve you in real-world projects across a diverse range of problems, from high-performance trading systems to programming language design. The goal is to provide both a genuine sense of working at Jane Street full-time and an unparalleled educational experience through hands-on collaboration on production-quality code.
