SPs are versatile generalists who take a deeply analytical and strategic approach to solving Jane Street's most pressing problems. As an SP Intern, you'll work on projects that combine big-picture thinking with rigorous analytical problem-solving over 10-12 weeks. You'll be matched with full-time mentors, tackle real-world projects, learn to break down complex challenges into actionable steps, use data to inform decisions, and build frameworks to tackle business questions. This hands-on experience will give you direct insight into how SPs lead strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Excited to learn about a wide range of disciplines and subject matter, including global market dynamics, technical systems and tooling, operational infrastructure, and more
- Eager to ask questions, admit mistakes, and constantly deepen your understanding
- Available to start working full-time in 2028
