About the Role

The Trading Desk Operations Engineer (TDOE) internship is an immersive, fast-paced program where you will work on real-world projects directly tied to the challenges faced at the trading desk, guided by a dedicated mentor. You will have the opportunity to manage and optimize infrastructure and operational processes, support trading systems and workflows through data queries and stakeholder coordination, and design solutions for trading and operations-related issues. Through these experiences, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the trading product including its life cycle, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows, with access to bootcamps and classes to accelerate your technical and operational expertise.

Requirements

  • Planning to graduate in 2028
  • All majors are welcome
  • A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation
  • An interest in growing your programming skills
