Join Jump Trading's trading team as a Software Engineer, where you'll design, implement, and optimize trading algorithms that power our global financial operations. Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and fellow engineers to develop innovative trading strategies and profitable predictive models. You'll perform comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy and stability while continuously improving our trading platform's performance through resource efficiency and hardware optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in C++ development, with expertise in algorithmic trading systems
- Track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining market order execution algorithms
- Experience designing/implementing large-scale big data processing/modeling systems on high-performance-computing-cluster etc.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to testing and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a humble and cooperative attitude
- Team player who values collaboration and shared success
