Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Digital Assets Trader to join the trading team in Hong Kong. You will be part of a highly innovative and successful global team that trades on various cryptocurrency exchanges with a focus on ensuring around-the-clock liquidity in these markets. Your responsibilities include generating and implementing new trading strategies, researching and back-testing strategies that capitalize on market opportunities, managing trading positions, exploring the international cryptocurrency market for new opportunities, and working with the global Digital Assets team to share insights and improve trading activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker or crypto-native trading desk
- Proven PnL generation from strategies personally built, deployed, and managed in live production
- Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading
- Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
- Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
- Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
- Comfortable working flexible hours
- Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities
- Deep expertise in crypto market structure
